In Pursuit of Light

Photography is an art-form that is best described as painting with light, but more than that it has everything to do with composition and presentation or as some call as subject.  It is a game of fate, opportunity & chance. Fate is where the journey takes you, opportunity is what you have access to and chance is being in the right place at the right time.  It is where you truly embrace nature, and can be even a spiritual experience for some as we try to bring out the best in things around us and inspire others or convey some message through our efforts.

Even a partial photo can bring a flood of memories to relive a moment we may have long forgotten, and helps us to connect with our past and instill a sense of purpose in what we pursue.  Photography is an acquired taste, the prize won by enduring much hardships and disciplined by our failures and propelled solely due to our innate desire to excel against all odds. Photography is a more than a book of lessons learned and the level of our expertise is based on continuously learning and experimenting and trying new things.

One of the benefits of technology is that everyone gets to pursue photography at some level, this unconsciously adds loads of experience till the time we decides to pursue it more seriously either professionally or as pro hobbyist. One of the benefits is that by having taken hundreds of photos we gain some level of understanding of equipment and their capabilities, some basic composition requirements and how lighting effects everything around us.

If you here as you are more serious about photography, well you are at the right place, and my humble effort is to simplify your journey to becoming a great photographer and would love to see your work and influence you in the right direction.  As I have read countless blogs and spent much time and money, I share with you my unbiased views to help you make the right decision which are verifiable and dependable.
